Meet Our Founder Amanda Mahoney, CPA

I became a CPA because I spent nearly a decade watching small businesses make expensive decisions based on broken financial systems. As a supply chain manager, I saw firsthand what happens when the books don't reflect reality — guesswork, overspending, missed opportunities, and a constant low-grade anxiety about money.

So, I built the firm I wished those businesses had access to.

Today I work directly with owners in Denver across legal services, creative agencies, health and wellness, trades, and professional services. My specialty is the messy middle — businesses that are past the startup stage but not yet big enough for a full-time CFO. I restructure QuickBooks setups, build custom financial reports, track the metrics that actually matter for your industry, and flag problems before they become expensive.

I'm also a fluent Spanish speaker. For Denver's Spanish-speaking business community, that means you get everything I offer in the language you think in.
